We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our team at Fernbank, our luxurious Residential home in Worthing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents;
  • Promoting independence and enablement and providing support to residents where necessary;
  • Ensuring electronic residents' personalized interactions are inputted on the system;
  • Serving food and drinks to residents and promoting social dining experiences;
  • Developing relationships with relatives to understand their needs and provide personal care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Healthcare sector (training provided);
  • Kind and caring with a positive approach;
  • Energetic and hard-working;
  • Passionate about offering superior services and making a difference;
  • Team player.

Package:
