Job Title: Care Assistant - West Worthing

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Guild Care in West Worthing. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and care to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting or supporting clients.
  • Accurately and timely record information and care provided.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and community services.
  • Good time management to efficiently fulfill all care responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • A compassionate and caring approach to providing emotional support.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to actively listen to clients and their families.
  • Ability to assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting or supporting clients.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills for unexpected challenges.
  • Satisfactory DBS Check.
