About the Role
We are seeking a Night Senior Carer to join our team at Guild Care. As a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a small team of care and support workers, providing person-centred care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of staff to create a homely environment for residents
- Ensure that staff are effectively deployed to meet the needs of people with dementia
- Provide safe, effective, and caring day-to-day care and support provision
- Keep medication competency up to date
Requirements
- Experience of supervising others
- Ability to provide a satisfactory DBS check
- Committed to continuous professional development
