Job Description

SourceCo Recruitment is seeking a skilled HGV C+E driver to join our team for a challenging and rewarding role delivering chilled produce to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive an articulated lorry with chilled body trailer, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks to maintain a high level of vehicle safety and compliance.
  • Plan and optimize routes to minimize delivery times and maximize productivity.
  • Secure and protect loads during transportation to prevent damage or loss.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to ensure seamless delivery operations.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK HGV C+E driving license with no more than 6 points and no TT's, IN's, TS, DR, or DD codes.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience driving HGV C+E vehicles.
  • UK Digital Card and UK CPC Card.
  • Physical fitness and ability to interact with the public.
