We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Head South Hair & Beauty Studio, located in the heart of Battersea at Northcote Road.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the beauty industry, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to clients via phone and messaging platforms.
  • Foster a welcoming and attentive atmosphere by actively engaging with clients in-person and virtually.
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, maximizing stylist availability and client convenience.
  • Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to the Head South customer service methodology to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist the Salon Manager in content creation and social media interactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience/knowledge in the hairdressing/beauty industry is required.
  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Positive and proactive working attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, polite, effective, and friendly demeanor.
  • Well-versed in social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Fluent in English.
