Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and driven Regional Sales Executive to effectively sell, manage, and cultivate the business potential of Dechra Veterinary Products within the veterinary sector, focusing on a designated group of veterinary clients.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will undertake a variety of tasks, including:
Promoting our range of Companion Animal Products (CAP), Equine Products, and Food Animal Production Products (FAP) to veterinary practices within your assigned sales territory. Meeting territory sales targets while adhering to product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies. Organizing a schedule of business appointments and travel to optimize productivity. Executing sales campaigns effectively. Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with clients through ethical sales practices and tailored business solutions. Addressing incoming sales inquiries promptly. Conducting competitor research and reporting on market activities as necessary. Participating in customer meetings, conferences, and events to educate potential clients and showcase Dechra's product offerings.Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in business-to-business sales. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. A motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM). A valid driving license for the UK or Ireland. Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory, including overnight stays for sales meetings and conferences.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmaceutical sales. Knowledge or a strong interest in the veterinary field. Background in consumer health/pharmaceutical/veterinary sales. MRCVS or RVN certification.Compensation Package
