Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative at PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution Limited. As a key member of our distribution centre team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assemble customer orders and ensure that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped on time.
  • Meet minimum productivity and quality standards, and comply with policies and legal requirements in relation to the role.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve distribution centre goals and objectives.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
