Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support our project management team in delivering projects from feasibility through design, implementation, and handover. As a Project Management Intern, you will work under the guidance of a Project Manager or Program Manager and be responsible for the delivery support of tasks and delivery support as part of a large complex project, complete delivery of a small project or multiple minor tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Managers in planning, directing, and coordinating the team's activities to manage and implement tasks or small projects from initiation to final close.
- Support the Project Managers in reviews of all project economics, to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk.
- Supports the Project Manager in identifying and assembling the appropriate blend of resources to meet project needs and requirements.
- Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the project.
- Adheres to the established project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
- Supports the Project Manager in status review meetings among project team members and customers.
- Supports the Project Manager in controls project requirements, scope and change management issues.
- Creates communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information exchange among key stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with good interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communications, and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders. You should be able to analyze problems and establish facts.
