Senior Product Manager

Join our team at CDM Recruitment Ltd - Life Sciences as a Senior Product Manager, where you will play a key role in driving commercial success and delivering revenue growth.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of new products and services. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for generating deep insights into the drug discovery market dynamics and driving positive internal change.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and commercial groups, to bring the voice of the customer to every step of the product development process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Lead the development and launch of new products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with Quality and manufacturing teams to ensure correct documentation and written material supports products
  • Work with commercial and marketing channels to ensure messaging, materials, and promotions support growth
  • Support direct and indirect sales with accurate documentation, product, and pricing files
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of life sciences
  • Ability to travel internationally, on occasion, with minimal notice
