Director of Product Management

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the strategic direction of our segment strategy, encompassing all aspects of market requirements, competitive positioning, and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure products meet market needs and are positioned for success.
The role will involve:
- Developing a deep understanding of market requirements and competitive positioning
- Creating and executing segment strategy, encompassing all elements from market requirements through to customer acquisition
- Working closely with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure products meet market needs and are positioned for success
- Developing winning go-to-market strategies with sales and business development teams
- Supporting the closure of key opportunities and design wins worldwide
- Collaborating with product and marketing teams in support of product launch and marketing campaigns
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader who is passionate about driving business growth and success. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar product management role, or technical customer-facing role, achieving measurable results
- Solid technical knowledge of the semiconductors and software industries
- Experience developing strategies and business models to enable market share growth
- Outstanding collaborative and influencing skills, demonstrating a willingness and desire to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- An ability to present and engage people at all levels, from customers and engineers to executive management teams and boards of directors
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats, and focused on outcomes rather than outputs or reporting lines
