About the Role

E-Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join their expanding team. As a key member of the Java team, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's products to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of cloud-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and implement event-driven architectures using data streaming and Kafka.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Expertise in cloud development, preferably with AWS.
  • Knowledge of data streaming, event-based architectures, and Kafka.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Apache Spark or Apache Flink is a plus.
