Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll and HR administration, including time and attendance and holiday recording.
  • Support site people processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of reports for the site.
  • Demonstrate health and safety leadership and commitment through embedding the Müller safety culture.
  • Provide general office and facilities management, including the coordination of hospitality when required.
  • Ensure site communications are kept up to date, including notice boards and newsletter distribution.
  • Communicate with all contacts in a professional manner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the site, carrying out reception duties when required.
  • Investigate credit control claims and assist with the delivery of site inductions and induction processes.
