Key Responsibilities
  • Present Bingo Games: Professionally present bingo games in an inclusive manner, ensuring a stress-free experience for all guests.
  • Event Management: Be responsible for all events from beginning to end, including preparation, execution, and evaluation.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess excellent product knowledge on the specifics of each individual game, ensuring consistency across the estate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with venue teams to ensure a seamless experience for guests, including briefings and planning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our entertainment delivery, identifying areas for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience of presenting, hosting events, or performances, with the ability to perform to a variety of people.
  • Skills: Skilled in all areas of events and entertainment, including planning, promoting, and displaying a fine attention to detail.
  • Personality: A star-like personality, fun, outgoing, and confident in front of a live audience, with a positive attitude and resilience.
  • Education: No specific qualifications are required, but a broad knowledge of audio-visual equipment and staging is desirable.
