About the Role

Mecca Bingo is seeking a charismatic and engaging Bingo Caller to join our team at our Luton venue. As a Bingo Caller, you will be responsible for presenting bingo games in a fun and inclusive manner, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

You will be the voice and soul of our venue, controlling the tempo of play and reading the room to create a welcoming atmosphere. Your excellent communication skills and ability to think on your feet will be essential in delivering a high-quality entertainment experience.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has a strong sense of humor, and can work well under pressure. If you are a people person with a flair for the dramatic, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Present bingo games in a fun and engaging way, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.
  • Control the tempo of play and read the room to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the venue team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Contribute to the development of new and innovative bingo games and events.
