At Primera Healthcare, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to adults and children in their own homes. As a Clinical Assessor, you will play a vital role in our complex/domiciliary care service, working alongside our London and Essex operations.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RGN to join our team, with a minimum of 6 months experience in the care industry. Your primary responsibility will be to undertake face-to-face assessments, analysing and interpreting clinical information and medical evidence to provide a professional and concise report.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Undertake face-to-face assessments to gather clinical information
  • Analyse and interpret clinical information and medical evidence
  • Provide a professional and concise report
  • Work to agreed standards and targets, responding positively to feedback
  • Apply professional skills and manage own professional competence and accountability in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Sign off care worker competencies with regards to Tracheostomy care, peg feeding, etc.

We offer a competitive pay rate of £25.00 per hour, and to register with Primera Healthcare, you will need to provide the following documents:

  • Current Enhanced DBS
  • Two current UK references
  • Identification: Passport/Licence/Birth Certificate & National Insurance
