At The Electric Car Scheme, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way people think about transportation. As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving our success by supporting the Commercial function, which encompasses Marketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, and Customer Success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the founders and senior leadership team to drive operational excellence and support the Commercial function.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales performance and improve processes.
  • Lead daily operations and the RevOps framework within the commercial function, ensuring seamless implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee the operating rhythm and create accurate performance data for both teams and individuals.
  • Partner with the Product team to raise, prioritize, and deliver key initiatives, contributing to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market operations.
  • Take responsibility for 'no-code' functionality and automations in our sales software, engaging with external software providers to ensure optimal tool utilization.
