About The 1st Connection

The 1st Connection is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a seasoned Software Project Manager to lead its in-house team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple software projects, developing software architecture and solutions, and managing a team of 6 professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise multiple software projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement software architecture and solutions that meet the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage a team of 6 software professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Head of IT on strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, security, and regulatory standards, maintaining a secure and compliant software development environment.
  • Participate in coding activities, leveraging C# and.Net expertise to drive software development and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in project management and technical leadership, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of C# and.Net, with experience in source control, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
  • Experience in AI is a valuable asset, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of software professionals.
