Front of House Team Member

Aldrich & Co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic investment management firm in a stunning office environment.

  • Meet and greet clients and staff, providing a highly personable and warm welcome to our office.
  • Manage conference room bookings using internal software applications to ensure seamless coordination of meetings and events.
  • Respond to meeting room requests and monitor the diary of events to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Cover for EA holiday/sickness, including diary management and scheduling to maintain business continuity.
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including flights, taxis, and hotel reservations to ensure smooth execution of business trips.
  • Help coordinate client events and team events/annual trips to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Liaise with HR on arrangements for new joiners, including welcome packs and first aid training to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and staff. If you have a proven track record in diary management, scheduling, and travel coordination, we want to hear from you.

  • Proven experience in diary management, scheduling, and travel coordination is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work in-office every day is required to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our team.
  • Excellent MS Office skills are necessary to manage our internal software applications and coordinate meetings and events.
