We are seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to lead our team at Pizzeria Famosa. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily front of house operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and quality food presentation.

Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry is preferred, but not essential. The ideal candidate must already be living in Jersey and possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and understand English.
