About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of L'Oréal. As a Lancôme Business Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborating with the retail and training teams to maximize selling opportunities
  • Identifying business strengths and opportunities for growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent business acumen and sales analysis skills
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading a team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ability to develop and coach the team on counter to perform at the best of their ability
  • Experience delivering on counter events and creating events to drive business in the community and store
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools
