Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve store business objectives.
  • Drive sales and brand awareness through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the retail and training teams to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Develop and implement retention strategies to retain top talent.
  • Build positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
Requirements:
  • Excellent business acumen and sales analysis skills.
  • Proven success in achieving personal sales targets and leading a team to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
