Job Summary

Culina Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Shared Services Administrator to join our team at our Market Drayton site. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will provide administrative support for all HR-related activities and serve as the first point of contact for employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new starters, movers, and leavers, including updating employee files and drawing up contractual paperwork.
  • Manage and maintain employee E-files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor and respond to queries and tasks received via the Central Admin Team email inbox.
  • Initiate reference requests for new starters and complete external requests for references within agreed timescales.
  • Maintain and adjust shift patterns on the time and attendance system.
  • Perform other administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Maintain company confidentiality and high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a HR or similar environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask high volumes of daily work requests.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Effective prioritization of workload to meet set deadlines.
  • Able to work as part of a team and/or individually.
  • Able to work effectively and communicate effectively to all levels.
  • Previous experience of using SAP HR System and Smart Recruiter ATS would be beneficial.
