Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to lead our dynamic lettings team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the lettings team, overseeing the management of the property portfolio, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage and mentor the lettings team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
- Property Management: Oversee the management of the property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and fully let.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse local rental market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on lettings performance to senior management.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise within the lettings process.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators.
- Experience: Proven experience in a lettings management or senior lettings role.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
- Organisation: Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is an advantage.
- Qualifications: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
