Job Title: Efficiency Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Efficiency Programme Manager to join our Programme Management Office at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of our efficiency programme, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of the efficiency programme, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the programme.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to address these areas.
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders, clinicians, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in programme management, with a track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
