About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at IQ-EQ. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
