About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at IQ-EQ. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Satisfaction: Ensure that key stakeholders are satisfied with the performance of Group R&D systems such as MaxComply and UCP.
  • Project Support: Support the evolution and enhancement of Group R&D products, including assisting the Product Manager with the creation of quarterly roadmaps.
  • Process Improvement: Support the Product Manager with the implementation of processes and global standards around the platform.
  • Feature Delivery: Support with the ongoing delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Product Meetings: Provide inputs to key Product meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Communication: Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
