About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Queen's University Belfast as a Project Administrator. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administration, recruitment, and data collection for the RESPIRE project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of the project, including data management and research coordination.
  • Recruit and engage with project participants, ensuring successful recruitment and follow-up.
  • Work collaboratively with hospital clinic staff to contact and recruit mothers attending maternity clinics in Northern Ireland.
  • Gain consent for participation and data collection, and enter relevant data into the study database.
  • Travel to clinics and other locations as required, and work flexibly to ensure successful project delivery.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have:

Relevant academic or vocational qualifications, or significant vocational experience in administration or research coordination.Specific experience in recruitment, data collection, and working in a multi-disciplinary environment.A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
