Job Summary:

The Recruiter Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Broker Backup technician to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the insurance operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and manage insurance documents, including Slips/Endorsements, Cover Notes, Policy Schedules, Debit Notes, and monthly Lineslip declarations.
  • Liaise with the claims team to resolve claims issues and reports.
  • Monitor and manage binder renewals, reviewing performance and sending renewal notices and chasers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
