We are seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team at Brook Street NMR. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for users requiring updates or signposting regarding their applications and/or any court cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an accessible and inclusive service to service users, providing clear signposting and guidance, providing information to resolve their queries, processing and updating high volume case details accurately and efficiently.
  • Deal with the short-term needs of service users, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Work within a contact centre environment, using computer-based software to manage case details and provide information to service users.
  • Develop a resilient and confident nature, able to explain the process to customers and provide clear guidance.

Requirements:

  • Sound competency/experience of using computer-based software.
