Job Opportunity: Community Development Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Development Team Manager to join our team at Fife Council. As a key member of our community planning and development team, you will play a vital role in shaping community-based adult learning, adult education, and youth work initiatives in Dunfermline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community development strategies to address poverty and inequalities in Dunfermline.
  • Work closely with colleagues, partners, and local politicians to support community wealth building and capacity building initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the community development team, ensuring effective delivery of community-based programs and services.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address community needs, and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
