This role involves working in the Fracture Clinic. The successful candidate will be tasked with assessing individual patient care requirements and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans in line with established policies and professional standards, while also providing plastering services across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct autonomous holistic assessments to formulate management plans for patients. Utilize specialized knowledge and skills to deliver treatment to patients in the Plaster Room and support the Lead Orthopaedic Practitioner in enhancing existing and new services. Collaborate closely with the Lead Nurse, Managers, and the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient-centered services. Engage in both formal and informal teaching and serve as a resource for education and development within the service. Adapt work patterns flexibly to meet the service's needs.About Our Organization
