About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Copy Lead to join our in-house creative agency, The B-Hive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality copy that meets the needs of our clients, including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement copy strategies that align with our clients' brand goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
  • Manage and mentor junior copywriters to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborate with our client teams to understand their needs and develop copy that meets their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our copy is always relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or copy lead in a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality copy.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
