About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Copy Lead to join our B-Hive team at No7 Beauty Company. As a key member of our creative agency, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality copy that brings our brand to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement copy direction and strategic foundations in response to briefs managed through B-Hive
  • Lead and inspire B-Hive teams to deliver exceptional creative work
  • Collaborate with the Design Lead to present and advocate for B-Hive's creative work
  • Support strategic planning of creative projects and champion B-Hive as a centre of excellence
  • Manage and inspire direct reports to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio of work in a variety of media and a degree in creative writing or relevant subject
  • Proven experience working with strategists and translating concepts into compelling copy
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work from brief to high-level concept work
  • Experience as a line manager or nurturing junior members of a copy team
