About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Copy Lead to join our in-house creative agency, B-Hive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality copy that meets the needs of our clients, including No7, Soap & Glory, Liz Earle, and Boots own brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement copy strategies that align with our clients' goals and objectives
  • Lead a team of copywriters and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality output
  • Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective creative work
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet business needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our copy and overall creative output
Requirements
  • Proven experience in copywriting and leadership roles, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to our copy and creative work
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
