Their hospital, situated in a serene environment, offers comprehensive care across three distinct wards: an acute service, a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and a specialized Autism Spectrum Disorder service. About the Role

As the Deputy Hospital Manager, you will assume a dynamic leadership position where you will have a direct impact on the quality of care provided. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (with on-call duties), you will ensure that all departments, from psychology to occupational therapy, operate smoothly and effectively.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing operational and clinical leadership while driving forward innovative care practices. This role offers you the opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives and work alongside talented professionals, all with the goal of ensuring patient recovery in a compassionate, therapeutic environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience: A qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse with at least 2 years of management experience.

  • Communication Skills: The ability to inspire, engage, and present information effectively to a senior audience.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience working with external partners, commissioners, and stakeholders, while navigating complex clinical situations.
