About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Testing Team Lead to join our eTeam team.

As a Mobile Testing Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of mobile functional testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

You will coordinate with project stakeholders to define test strategies, plans, and objectives, ensuring effective communication between the testing team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional requirements and user stories.
  • Identify test scenarios and design test scripts for manual and automated testing, ensuring test coverage across various devices, operating systems, and network conditions.
  • Execute functional, regression, and system integration tests on mobile applications, monitoring and managing test execution, tracking defects, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for mobile applications, evaluating and recommending appropriate testing tools and technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle, conducting reviews and providing feedback on test cases, scripts, and results.
  • Generate detailed test reports, metrics, and dashboards to track testing progress and quality, documenting test results, issues, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mobile applications.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing testing teams.
  • Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in mobile testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Appium, Espresso, XCUITest).
  • Solid understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their respective guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
