We are excited to present a permanent opportunity for a Legionella Compliance Plumber with one of the leading Facilities Management organizations in the UK.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday.


Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Commercial Plumbers to join our Mobile Division in Manchester, focusing on Legionella compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing duties.

Your work will span multiple client sites, ensuring adherence to the agreed standards of the Legionella control program as outlined in the Water Technical Manual.


Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber within the Facilities Management sector.
  • Familiarity with Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment is advantageous.
  • Basic IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is a mandatory qualification for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Legionella Compliance Plumber, your duties will include:

  • Executing plumbing tasks in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
  • Maintaining customer water safety logbooks in compliance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company protocols.
  • Collecting water samples from various properties and documenting them as per the Water Technical Manual guidelines.
  • Conducting water system cleaning and disinfections in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8, following the guidance of the Water Technical Manual.
