Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Financial Relationship Banker to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our members, providing personalized financial solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate members on how to optimize our services to meet their individual needs
  • Process account openings, changes, and consumer loans in accordance with approved guidelines
  • Create and maintain meaningful relationships through excellent service and face-to-face interaction
  • Support team growth objectives by taking initiative and contributing to branch success
Requirements
  • 1-3 years' experience working in a financial institution
  • High School degree or GED
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
