Position Overview

The Client Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering client engagement within the financial center. This position is dedicated to guiding clients through various banking transactions utilizing self-service options, including mobile and online banking platforms, as well as ATMs. The primary focus is to ensure accurate and efficient processing of cash transactions while building meaningful connections with clients to understand their financial aspirations and life goals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Upholds the bank's risk management culture and pursues operational excellence


• Cultivates strong relationships with clients to address their financial requirements


• Adheres to established protocols and regulations in daily operations to prioritize the best interests of clients and the institution


• Expands business acumen and professional network by collaborating with specialists in small business, lending, and investment sectors


• Effectively manages client traffic, appointments, and outbound communications


• Enhances the overall client experience


• Oversees cash management responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

A proactive and highly motivated individual with a strong commitment to achieving results while prioritizing client interests Demonstrates effective collaboration skills to accomplish tasks and build lasting relationships Exhibits passion and dedication to enhancing clients' financial well-being Confidently identifies solutions tailored to the needs of both new and existing clients Communicates clearly and confidently, engaging with clients of all backgrounds Capable of adapting to new information and technology platforms Proficient in educating clients on conducting basic banking transactions through self-service technologies Applies strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to fulfill client needs Committed to following established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Efficiently manages time and workload Focused on achieving results while acting in the best interest of clients Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as required

Desired Qualifications:

Background in financial services with a solid understanding of industry products and solutions At least one year of proven sales experience in a performance-based environment with individual sales targets Minimum of six months experience in cash handling Bachelor's Degree or relevant Associate's Degree in fields such as business management, administration, or finance
