About the Role

Ashberry Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the Client Support Advisers and Independent Insurance Consultants, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  2. Manage and maintain the firm's bespoke customer database, ArchAngel, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing clear and concise information.
  4. Assist in the administration of a portfolio of policies for Corporate and Individual clients, ensuring compliance with firm's SLA's.
  5. Perform various administrative tasks, including receiving and distributing mail, franking outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records.
  6. Develop and maintain good working relationships with insurance companies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing priorities.
