Production Chef Opportunity at Served Coffee Wimbledon

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Chef to join our team at Served Coffee Wimbledon. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for establishing our production kitchen and setting up systems, processes, and production to supply our cafe with daily made-in-house food offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high-quality food production standards
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems and processes
  • Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth production and service
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and FOH team to tailor production to daily needs
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene practices and EHO requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years in a professional food environment
  • 1 year in a food production environment (restaurant/catering experience is useful)
  • Level 2 food hygiene certificate
  • Fast and flexible worker with high level of spoken and written English
