Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at TC Facilities Management. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for promoting confidence and safety within our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond effectively to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre as appropriate.
  • Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover.
  • Utilise relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches.
  • Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/near miss reporting.
  • Engage with training & development as required.
Requirements
  • A valid SIA licence for this role.
  • Assistance Programme through Health Assured – Physical, mental, and financial health support for all our colleagues.
  • Grocery Aid – Emotional, practical, and financial support through counselling, advice, and grants.
