Job Title: Security Officer Position
Job Summary: MAN Commercial Protection is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our team at a site in Bury St Edmunds. The ideal candidate will have a valid SIA DS or SG licence and be able to work on their own initiative.
Main Responsibilities:
- Dealing with members of the public and ensuring relevant security procedures are carried out.
- Greeting visitors and logging information.
- Writing accurate incident reports in a timely manner and providing a visible high-profile security presence.
- Knowledge of security systems and checking alarms.
- Responding to and dealing with all site incidents and emergencies.
- Patrolling of premises and monitoring CCTV systems when required.
- Dealing with contractors and ensuring site security.
Requirements:
- Full 5-year checkable work/education history.
- A valid SIA DS or SG licence.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
