Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Community Fundraising Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Talent Staffing Ltd. This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility with 1 day in the office and 4 days working remotely after an initial training period.

Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will provide essential administrative support to our busy Community Fundraising team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate data entry and management
  • Drafting and sending thank you letters to our valued fundraisers
  • Welcoming new fundraisers and providing them with necessary information
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries from fundraisers
  • Coding donations and managing Just Giving pages

Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as you will be working with an older system that is currently undergoing updates, which may affect processing times.

Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a fundraising environment and possess strong communication skills. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Commitment: This is a full-time position expected to last for approximately 2 months.
