About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at Iceland Food Group. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and implementing the detailed planning and creation of all point of sale requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement the detailed planning and creation of all point of sale requirements.
  • Understand business and marketing priorities to be reflected in creative POS briefs submitted to the design studio.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of POS through a print management company partnership.
  • Coordinate all POS from initial design brief through to in-store implementation.
  • Submit design and print briefs, print and deliver all cycle/promotional change Iceland POS within agreed critical path timescales.
  • Create store communications relevant to POS, including implementation guides via retail operations.
  • Manage process of legal/buying sign-off for all activity.
  • Investigate and resolve any queries raised from stores and implement solutions.
  • Manage suppliers to meet deadlines required to ensure delivery to store.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate high attention to detail.
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects.
  • Retail knowledge preferred.
