We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Elmstead Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with their medication, meal times, and other care needs
- Engage with residents in activities, such as hobbies, games, and social events
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of dignity, respect, and compassion in care provision. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
