Job Description

**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Account Manager to join our dynamic team at HR Star. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for crafting compelling stories and engaging with the media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Drafting and distributing press releases and expert articles to showcase our company's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Media Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, managing sell-ins, and liaising with journalists to secure coverage for our clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Assisting in the delivery of strategies and campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas to enhance our work and drive results.
  • Team Leadership: Delegating tasks to junior team members and supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Digital Communications: Turning press assets into engaging content for our website and social media channels.
  • Event Coordination: Organizing media competitions, press stays, and briefings to promote our company's services and expertise.
  • Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly reports to showcase our hard work and results, and provide insights for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Writing Skills: A must-have for this role, as writing is central to everything we do.
  • Sector Interest: A curiosity about our core sectors, particularly hospitality and care, is beneficial.
  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for PR stunts and innovative ideas.
  • Professionalism: While we enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, a polished appearance and good presentation skills are essential.
