About the Role:

Grafton Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Public Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our PR team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing PR strategies that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Write and edit press materials, including press releases, pitches, and promotional content that showcases our clients' expertise.
  • Secure media coverage through strategic relationships and leverage our network to drive results.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and communication, ensuring our clients receive the latest insights and expertise.
  • Organize and manage events, press conferences, and promotional activities that drive engagement and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Education to degree level (minimum 2.1) or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, social media, and content creation, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and build strong relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PR tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
