CRM Communications Manager (Maternity Cover)

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Location: Based at the Royal Drawing School, London, and optional hybrid home-working in line with School's Flexible Working Policy, and other London venues as required

The Royal Drawing School, a leading institution in drawing, aims to raise the standard and profile of drawing through teaching and practice. This prestigious School teaches over 3000 students a week in its studios in London, on international residencies, and digitally in over 25 countries.

The School's marketing team is seeking an experienced CRM Communications Manager to support their digital transformation. This fixed-term contract role will involve the launch of a new website, the integration of a new CRM platform, and the development and implementation of an E-CRM strategy.

The role will focus primarily on delivering CRM strategy and E-CRM activities (60%). The remaining time will focus on copywriting for the website and marketing materials (30%), and community outreach (10%) to support new student acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a CRM strategy to support the School's digital transformation.
  2. Launch a new website and integrate a new CRM platform.
  3. Develop and implement an E-CRM strategy to engage with students and stakeholders.
  4. Write compelling copy for the website and marketing materials.
  5. Engage in community outreach to support new student acquisition.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in CRM strategy and E-CRM activities.
  2. Strong copywriting skills for digital platforms.
