Role Overview:

The Operations Specialist will oversee the Daily Management System (DMS) processes, employing structured problem-solving methodologies to enhance employee skills and capabilities. This role involves recommending actions to mitigate losses, in close collaboration with the Line Lead and Maintenance Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the Centre Line Management System for designated lines
  • Guide Equipment Owners (EOs) in addressing deviations and reporting
  • Conduct weekly assessments to identify gaps within the DMS and implement corrective measures
  • Oversee the Changeover DMS for lines and assess changeover performance
  • Coach EOs to continuously enhance changeover procedures
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the facility
  • Analyze machine data to identify and eliminate losses
  • Manage the online data capture system
  • Participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings with the Line Lead to prioritize resources for the upcoming 24 hours and review previous results
